If he cared about the FCC then he would have shut up by now.
Unless that's why he is on the run. These guys in the groups will post a picture or video with a location of where he is then a couple days later he is gone.

The other day I heard another driver yelling at him on 19 telling him to come out of the trailer.
He went quiet and then I heard the driver say out on 19 that he called the police on him.
He gets on 19 and tells us drivers to go after deviants and splatter boxes but when drivers show up at this trailer he calls the police and moves to a new rv park.

 

Not surprised to hear someone tracked him down and tried to confront him. Sooner or later someone is going to find him that doesn't have a problem with spending some time in jail...
