The very moment you do that, you are no longer IN a Faraday cage as what does that cable and antenna do? RECEIVE radio and electromagnetic signals. You just proved your own stupidity.

 

I'm glad both of you have experience with it. When I took a class on Tesla and his work and theories, in the lab portion we had to demonstrate what protection the Faraday cages offered. When the demonstration took place, someone was in the cage and they had control over the coils. While many think there is total protection, I still have a few scars from being poked through the cage on my back, I learned you have to ground yourself to the cage for it to be effective. Yes, you can feed cables through the cage but they have to be well sheilded past the cables.

And yes they do make music.

There is a NM AG case number posted online of the supposedly case against him. Also, there is a Facebook group of people that claim to have been ripped off by him. I wouldn't give my money to someone who doesn't have contact information, that requires communication only through Facebooking DM, and might not respond to that. There has to be a reason so many people have claimed to been ripped off by him. Alos, his being online all day bashing other tuners shows what kind of person he is. How can he be tuning radios if he in on air all day bashing other tuners?

 

Ok so if your not buying and believe everything you have seen,why are you asking about an investigation?
Why worry,who cares right..Your not spending your $ and such....
Ill admit it doesnt look good for him but until you look into it and know both side and not just internet fodder then you know half the story...
There are a # of mark shermans in nm and i followed one case id # and it came up as nothing....Someone made it up...So crap that said online is at best 50% true in my eyes...

Spend your $ the best way you know how to...Just becareful cause there are alot of so called know it all out there who will gladly take your $ pdq..

 

I believe in helping others. If I can prevent others from loosing $800.00, I will. I was considering purchasing from him. But, thank God, I found this thread and other forums with so many saying the same about HD. So, I went with my better judgement. Who would want to send $800.00 to someone with no legitimate contact information?

 

The problem isn't with his ripping people off, I have a serious problem that anyone would spend $800 on a CB radio, it is a ****** ****** CB FFS.

Spend the money on the antenna system, hell even a good amp that is well designed (not seen any in a long time) but $800 for a radio that has only 40 channels?
