Those "additives" are a SCAM.
They are made with a chemical one molecule different than MOTHBALLS.
People used to put MOTHBALLS in their Gas tanks in the 1940s, it didn't work then, it doesn't work now.
Automotive Engineer; John Fanning says they are ONLY a "money-making" scam, and DO NOT work as advertised. http://www.chiefengineer.org/content/content_display.cfm/seqnumber_content/2517.htm
I heard this will improve MPG?

Bought a RIGMASTER using OOIDA's member "discount".
The POS never worked right, I could NEVER find someone who could actually FIX it. Total engine failure 10 days after warranty expired. OOIDA wouldn't stand behind their "loyal" member to get it fixed or replaced. Last straw....I cancelled my OOIDA membership and haven't looked back since. OOIDA looking out for truckers?? Ya, right. -

No, it does not force water into your engine - as long as you don't over fill the unit you will be fine.
It is well worth the money. Even if you only see a 1 MPG increase from it you will make your money back plus start your savings on your first trip from lets just say North Carolina to California and back.
It is also extremely easy to install in big rigs, you do not need to mess with the computer or anything. That is only with gasoline run engines. With a big rig you just mount it in the engine compartment, tap a barb into your air intake, hook your cell up to it, hook up power, install an amp meter for the cell and a 30 AMP Fuse, and you are good to go.
You will immediately see a gain, not only on gas savings, but also horse power and your engine will run much smoother.
