Depending how far the holes are spaced apart determines the weight and if not sure ask your company, theyll know.

I've been there maybe not 7 but a bunch of times. Had to find the right spot on each. One hole either way was over.

I almost never have to re-weigh. Get the ticket, see if good or bad and adjust trailer appropriate number of holes. Doesn't have to be spot on perfect just legal. 5th wheel is all the way back unless necessary otherwise.

That's exactly what I felt like was happening
Yea I'm tracking. For some reason I had a brain tart and started messing with the fifth wheel. Still don't know why lol SMH

Very rarely have I moved the fifthwheel they can screw other load weights up plus some of those Fifthwheels are hard to move and gives the inside of your cab a whole new look ,lol.

Lol! After the first time I did that, I never did it again. I lower the landing gear and let out the air bags and it will slide like butter but sure does take up some time.

Move to the 13th hole, weigh and then adjust. Leave your 5th wheel alone.. Get it set when loaded to 12k on the steers and then leave it alone. If you keep moving it you will back in tired and forget your 5th wheel is different which will effect your pivot points not to mention you might find out you just bend one of your wings.

I had the 5th wheel set so I could pivot the trailer almost 70 degrees and still have clearance between the wing and the trailer..

If you really want some fun, grab a 10 foot spread axle. You can scale 20K on each axle back there at 40K total and tractor weights be ###### up to 80K gross. Louisiana Im looking at you....

I am still resentful over the williamsport south US 15 over the pass on the west side of sunbury I think it was... anyhow... with my distinctive tractor trailer usually pulled north upgrade at 80K and 24 mph on the big cam. One day I was loaded with pallets in the nose to 81500 and could only manage 19 upgrade. Smokey zipped around me and opened the scale platform in my face to the left. Ticket! Kaching! *Grumbles. SOB knew my tractor...

From that day forth for the next 30 years of my life I cross over at the sunbury dam and run east side north to Wport.
