Lol um no. No post anyone says angers me in the slightest. It's not bragging if it's true. I seen my coworkers W-2 for last year, he made $247k. And my cut of the first load was $5300 for 7 days work, so do the math. I'm experienced enough to have never damaged any equipment nor have I ever had any sort of ticket, highway or level 1 inspection related.

I’m not saying you aren’t a good driver. I’m just saying in 4 years there is still a lot you are yet to see. And you’ve done one load… how many times have we’ve seen that honeymoon with a new carrier. It’s the best decision you’ve ever made then at the 90 day mark it’s completely different. And I did a 4900 dollar load for one day of work last week. Does that mean I did 24,500 for 5 days of work? Or 100 grand for the month? If I did your math it would.

Just saying; don’t count your chickens before they hatch.

Yeah no doubt nobody knows everything. But I've always been able to figure out anything on the fly, trucking is one the of the simplest jobs there is for me at least, its one of the main reasons I do it. Good money for doing what I feel is fuxk all. Yeah I get what you're saying, but I'm not worried about that in the slightest. I've seen enough proof to feel comfortable.

it also appears he is being paid as a Canadian- therefore discount his $200k number by 1/3 for US dollars.

also, W9 is not a reporting document for the US IRS. Wages would be reported on a W-2, just saying.

lastly if the OP doesn’t yells the centerline to me - he is gonna be in some pain. Why do other drivers make the job more difficult?

Oh ok I had thought W9 was the equivalent to a T4 in Canada. T4 is the legal way to be paid here. Which is what my coworker showed me. I just wanted to post it so the Americans would understand.

My three year old grandson has never damaged any equipment or had any sort of ticket either. Knowing him though that won't last long!
