Well if you don't get a new QualComm... there is a version of the TransFlow software you can download from the company website to a laptop. With an internet connection and a cheap scanner, you have the same thing.

Yeah, little do most people realize that 90% of professional pilots out there make less than truck drivers, and they are in tens of thousands of dollars worth of debt, if not 100k or more (unless they were educated in the military - then all they had to do is risk their life)!

Sure, after you spend most of your career flying for pennies you can finally hop into a 747 with a large airliner making the big bucks working 14 days out of the month, but by that time you are forced to retire in the near future!

I'm not sure which industry is more screwed up. Trucking or aviation. They both sure are fun though!
