I have literally the worst timing

I'm on my way to a 3 week training with my new trucking company that starts tomorrow when I got pulled over on my way to the hotel for going 65 in a 50. He was hidden in the bushes right at the 50MPH sign and I was in the process of slowing down but he got me anyways.

Now I'm in the hotel with my first day tomorrow. I haven't had a ticket in over 10 years this is my first one. I'm wondering do I need to tell the company in the morning and risk being sent home on day 1 or do I not need to say anything?

They already ran my MVR etc.

    It's a catch 22 for me.

I have 3 weeks of training with this company that I don't get paid for while they teach me how to drive the truck.

I don't want to get kicked out on the 3rd week if they find it. I'm not even sure if they would kick me out. What are the chances? I also don't want to get kicked out if I tell them tomorrow after I already quit my job and am now technically "unemployed"

15 over is reckless driving. If you tell the company, you'll be sent home.
Hire a lawyer to try to do something.
In that situation, I wouldn't say anything and hope to get the cdl in my pocket before the company finds out.
You will own the cdl and the company can't take it away from you.

I already have my CDL I just haven't drove in over 12 years. Actually I have no experience because I went a different career path after I got my CDL.

    OK, that changes everything.
Is this company a cdl school or just going to refresh you then give you a job?

Attorney. It's a speeding ticket so you will most likely be able to get it reduced. I wouldn't mention this to the new job and just hope it goes the way of parking ticket.
