    The same old question..... what is a good cpm rate.?
    With the following information, let me know how you approach your customers and brokers with pricing.

    Northern Eastern lanes ( all states north of West Va and East of Illinois)

    All other lanes except Calif.

    Flatbed or step deck non specialized not oversized not overweight
