A decent company is one which offers their drivers solutions, not excuses. When management fails to except responsibility leaving a driver without support,#a form of trustworthiness is broken.

I think this right here says it. if one has got to be pushy or close to violent order to have a job. then that is a poor working conditions. and no one should have to work in an environment like that. and that can't be called a job at all. that also meaning: they have no respect or value for your devotion or professionalism. I was home twice in 8 months. neither time was for more then 5 days. I never wanted a brand new truck. I just simply wanted one that didn't break down every week. That's not much to ask for in my book. but celadon the truely heartless company couldn't even do that. That's why I can set and say with out thinking about it. Celadon!!!!!! Is truly the worst job i ever had.

Different strokes for different folks driver. Every company isn't a good fit for every driver. Celadon may not have worked for you but alot of drivers do well with them.

that's what i heard wpmcalm. too bad i didn't get that out of them. now I'm glad i got away from them before something terrible happened. and i ended up dead or in jail. maybe even both. and it was coming to that. and so every one knows. I'm not the kind of guy to lie or make up some huge story hiding behind a computer. I'll tell ya the truth when no one else will. and f***ya if you don't like it. that's not for me to decide.

if by that you mean celadon. good luck! your going to need it. i will spare you the details. if you have truck #544871. you better give it back. it's junk. I had it. and all it did was break down. and if you have a dm with initials t.s. you better give that dm back to.
