trailer is YOUR responsibility 24/7 until the load is back into your company yard or at a clients dock and your dispatch said leave it there. NEVER leave a loaded trailer anywhere your not when your assigned to it. NEVER

New truck ? check the side box some times the tow hooks are bolted/kept inside there. Good luck

Call the company, and get them to issue you a express code if they use comdata. I don't know of any wreckers that wont take a comdata check.

On another note;
Try engaging the drive axle differential. -
He's not going to get fired for getting a truck stuck in the mud. That's not even a accident. If that were true then not a single driver would have a job as we all got stuck somewhere.JimmyBones Thanks this.

My cascadia does not have tow hooks sticking out the bumper. they are removable and are stored on the frame under the hood. Check there also...

With a company like werner don't be surprised. -
I drove for Werner for 8 months and I have to count with my toes how many times I got stuck and had to call a wrecker. Most of them dollar general lots are not truck friendly. Don't get me started on how many times I had to call a wrecker to break into my truck after I locked myself out.
