I must'a missed this...

Turns out it's a Toronto back exam, and is simply doing a sit-up with a twist. The gentleman from Bay and Bay who responded went on to say that they no longer require that particular test, and thanked me for alerting him to his needing to update their brousure. Why it's called a Toronto back exam remains a mystery.
