Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Good Morning,
I added all my info .. When I posted this for some reason not all the text got pasted to the forum. sorry.. -
Thanks for the additional information. I assume the CPM fleet average is based on loaded miles. If so, what additional percentage of deadhead miles does the fleet average? Is this 2.24 CPM to the truck? Is this based on a percentage lease? Are you in the process of addressing your FMCSA Scores? These numbers could lead to a lot of unecessary inspections.
All in all, to me, this is a more appealing opportunity than most posted here. -
Must be a start up company. No info on SAFSTAT web site.

"Like to run"=Code for multiple books and never get home. Kind of like the term "logistics"...
-
Accutally we are just looking for guy who are willing to run (stay out ) longer than 5 days at a time. We would never ask a driver to run multiple logs....We are a legal and safe company and our drivers come first ....
-
Our avaerage is $2.24 loaded and $2.09 all miles. We do pay a percentage of that straight to the truck. 70% we only pay 70% because we provide the truck with a new reefer trailer to haul and we handle all service with that unit. Also, we pay 100% of the insurance driver gets 100% of the tractor FSC. We are handling the FMCSA Score as we speak and it will be corrected soon. The lady that handles all our issues is one of the best and she will have us all fixed up soon. We are a great company to work with and our trucks are number one in our eyes, with out them we would all be out of a job. We take the stress off the Driver and handle everything we can for him. The dispatcher here accutally has three of his trucks running with us. So, we all have been out there and no how it is and the stress the drivers have day to day.I hope this helps..
thanks, Mikki -
WRONG!
"Like to run"= code for those out here with a desire to make every effort
count.
TAKE THE LOAD GIVEN without crying about customer or destination
RUN THE FULL 11hrs/14hrs,not 9.5 just to hit a front row parking spot at a TS for your 12-14hr break.

So you pay all insurance besides unladen liability and tractor comp & collision, right? Owner/operator pays for base plates and permits? Who pays fuel tax? Who pays reefer fuel? What other costs are deducted?
That 2.09 CPM loaded/empty looks like about 9% deadhead. If my math were close that would be about 1.58 CPM gross to the truck loaded and empty miles, correct?
What percentage of your freight is direct and what percentage is brokered? Im trying to figure out what Im getting for the 0.51 CPM that I lose versus the less than 0.20 CPM I can see saving.
Yup Thanks this.
