He says the truck cause a ProStar sits low and you prob need to look at a Freightliner with no side fairings cause of the tracks you will be crossing a low truck will most likely drag on the tracks or could rip a side skirt off ..

Prostar would be a fine truck for a regular road operation they are just not cut out for intermodal cause it's kinda like the Baja or Camp Pendelton bumpy and hilly

If your set on intermodal I'd go with a Freightliner no farings or a Mack those rail yards are bumpy and crossing some tracks could cause scraping and drag

Ok, you gross 134 k on say 120 thou miles per year,it means you will be paid a little over a buck per mile . Considered it costs about the same to just run the equipment without the driver's pay, HOW are you going to net any profit? Those digits(130XXX) sound like a big number for a specific reason to make it look like no matter how bad you math is ,some big chunk will enevitably be pocketed at the end. But 1.10-1.10=0. At best you will work for fuel surcharge if it is been left out somehow but again it is not about being rich but about trying ,right?!

No such thing as W9 for contractors. You've got some homework to do, lots of it.

If your leasing on to SNI you can look around there site at the link you posted and get some figures on INS plates permits or just call the recruiter they can give you the breakdown of all the costs and what is covered and what you are on your own for.
