Its been over 3 years, so most places could hire you with that offense.
In North Carolina, anything greater than 15 over is actually considered a misdemeanor criminal offense, not an infraction.

I had my cell with hazmat for 12 years before I was hired. Each company told me I either had to many felonies or they where to recent.
Not the same I know but if you stick with it, it will work out.
A site called everytruckjob dot com, was a major factor into me getting hired. It's a free site that's list just about every job. But more importantly it list there hiring criteria for each specific company. In those 12 years I must have put in over 500 applications. Pay attention to the ones that say. Sure, it will get your information in front of a lot of eyes, but it won't bring you the quality carriers, mainly the big-budget recruiting departments at places with over 100% turnover.RangerMelB, Another Canadian driver and SoulScream84 Thank this. -
