I need advise/help!

The only reason they say they couldn't charge him with robbery is because they didn't find a gun. There was one witness and I did leave the scene after hitting his car.

Also, it was the police department that charged me because I left.

Of course they didn't find the gun..so it looked like I wasn't telling the truth.

 

I did do this as soon as I found out my license were suspended, there is nothing they can do since I did do a plea bargain. The case cannot be reopened.

I did not hire a lawyer because I was under the impression that my license status would stay the same, the DA told me that my license would not be affected and that I would still be able to travel out of state because I did get put on probation

My probation officer has even looked into helping me get this resolved but there is no way around it. I look back at it now and wished I would have hired a lawyer but then again I can only blame myself for thinking everything would be ok, especially dealing with the court system.

For all drivers, keep your license safe even if you have to spend thousands. Don't ever rely on someones word.
