Is this a DROP and HOOK kinda co . That’s what I’d prefer . Not driving and doing labor loading and unloading that’s a bit much . Especially not having the best back from a prior passenger car accident .

I did 6 months with Swift after returning to trucking after 11 years out of the seat. It sucked, but I knew it would. I also knew that I had to get my foot back in the window and pay some dues. It is probably not a bad stepping stone for this guy. I recommend he just do the best he can and get 2 years in with a perfect record. A lot of private fleet opportunities open up at that point.

no .... stressed out about it to too. Doin so much research on reviews picking recruiters brain . But I hear u can't trust what they say since they get paid on bodies showing up to the company . I caught one recruiter telling me one thing and another saying different. I have been looking at Veriha trucking since they only require 6 months contract . I figure that would be enough time to get experience and find a good paying better co with a solid package . ‍♂️ not easy ...

Go with Veriha then. 6 mos. contract will be easy and over with quickly it will seem. You'll be so busy 6 mos. will fly by.
