Discrimination?
Sorry You need to get this straight, the Ada does not cover the hiring of disabled people in this industry because it is a federally regulated activity and the Ada along with other federal laws have exemptions to those employers within the limitations of the federal regulated activity.
This means that there are things that if you have, you can not drive, one is a psychological aspect of your problem what will prevent people from hiring you because of the risk involved. If you are in disability, which means you can't have gainful employment, you will not get hired in this industry.
If you are on disability this will be brought up sometime to some one, especially if you are taking meds, and the problem that you pose a higher than normal risk, this comes from the problem of stability with severity inhibited ADHD people.
So if an employer tells you they won't hire you, you can't sue them or file a complaint under the Ada it will be tossed.
