I need help identifying some problems

I have some problems with my truck and can't figure out what it is. It's a 2017 T680 Paccar MX-13, Eaton Ultrashift Transmission. When I push the throttle all the way in, right after the gear is changing, sometimes the rpm drops while still on the throttle, then goes back to normal after. It sounds like air coming out when that happens. The other problem is when the jake brake is supposed to activate hoing down hill. After I do a down shift, in manual mode, instead of staying in gear and activate jake brake, it goes into neutral, the rpm drops, then goes back up and activates the brake.

Does anyone have a clue of what could this be?
