    You should of called your Payroll first to get it fixed before coming on here asking how to sue, give them 5 sec to at least try to fix the problem before you get your panties in a wad.

    Then call them and get it fixed, Then do some research and find your self another company. People are not going to do the walking for you driver. Take responsibility for your own finances and employment.
