Transport America sounds amazing. Has anyone worked for them? post here and tell me how it was

Man I remember when I was 14. I was in the same shoes as you was! Right now I would concentrate on getting a degree in something like business, something that you can use even if trucking doesn't work out for you, you can use that degree to work in another trucking industry related field. Another valuable course I'd take it diesel mechanics in my case I plan on getting some info on freight brokering especially if you want to own a fleet of trucks or even just one. I'm with the elders on here and I will say continue your educations. Trucks will always be here and I'm the same way I'm impatient and I want to get into a truck but at 18 it's dang near impossible because the main thing that is stopping me is 1. Not being 21 and 2. Insurance carriers control who the companies can hire so that pretty much controls each companies hiring requirements. If I was you I'd learn all you can and read up on all the regulations because those will be valuable to you later on down the road no matter how many times they change!

Good advice. but I don't want to go to college. I'd rather be a trucker ( I wanna be a trucker anyways) and not have to pay remaining student loans from college till im like 30.

As for business, thats not what I wanna do. the businessmen I know are dirty liars. They never tell you what you're really doing till you're too far in to do anything about it. I'd never stoop so low as to do that.

I still haven't been answered on how good or bad Transport America is xD

Man if I were a teenager again I'd done everything in my power to become a pharmacist!!! Whew! $45 an hour!! Heck yeah!!
-
$45 an hour? haha. nahh more like 20 xD

idk why you don't love your jobs. I have enough diesel in my veins to last a company for 40 years. there's nothing more I care about than trucks.
