I need some help choosing a school please

I just realized I don't have my birth certificate, do I need to get that before I apply? I'm really liking what Prime has to offer. I feel like I should get my work history too because there's a one place I've worked and was on payroll for only 1-2 weeks, can't remember when and another place I worked for like 4 weeks when I left high school that I can't remember either. I read somewhere that they're really strict about your employment history
