MAP-21 specifically calls out for driver harassment to be addressed BY Congress addressing the 2011 court order.

FMCSA hasn't even addressed THAT part of MAP-21.

    I like this guys statement...:biggrin_255:

Harassment aside, I refuse to pay even one cent for a device that will only be used to monitor my every move. When EOBRs are required, I'm done trucking. This business has been good to me for 36 years, but here is the line in the sand for me. Good luck to the trucking industry in trying to replace the mass exodus of drivers over this, and speed limiters and ridiculous medical requirements pertaining to BMI and sleep studies et al.

I wonder how safe it will be and where they are going to find their perfect drivers.

So they can HAVE the EOBR, but AFTER They ensure drivers will NOT be coerced or harassed. Also part of that same 2012 law.

They can get the eobr easy enough, but they can't figure out how to meet the harassment part of MAP21 yet.

They won't EVER find great drivers. It will be a nightmare on the Highways..That is the the big secret. It is not about saftey and the DOT and the FMCSA could care less about the dead people along the highways.

They will Capitalize on the ''newbies'' that are being dumbed down, coerced and idoctrinated into believing all this BS...The slave masters and CEO's are well aware of this new trend in trucking..They will make much profit off these dumbed down drivers LIVING LIKE ANIMALS...

Follow the Money Trail and we will all have the Answers of the WHY..
