Sounds like some depression involved. Usually the case. Makes everything seem overwhelming and hopeless. Take care of your mental health too. They both go together and improve or fail together. Live now, in today, not in remorse or fear of the unknown. Soon enough everyone’s going to die. Your choice to eat good or bad, smoke or not in the meantime. Whatever you choose. Enjoy Life. It’s not going to be around long no matter what you do.

You can definitely climb your way back up to where you need to be, lots of good advice already about the mental aspect, the testing aspect, nutrition is pretty straightforward too.

I guess I'd just like to add: start walking every chance you get. Pace from the back of the truck to the front if you ain't got nowhere else. Start walking, get that blood moving because that's what does the healing in the body.

Before you know it your whole cardiovascular system will be able to really get some oxygen flowing. Once you're comfortable do some stretches like you used to do with sports when you were younger.

Momentum is a luxury so don't wait for it to change in your direction, just make it happen at this moment.
