    I would imagine laner would do a lot of Georgia to the Northeast and back since he's right on that lane. Could be decent miles, but better get used to traffic on the GW. Last time out they did that to me until I told them I was done with the Northeast.

    One thing I don't like about Roehl is that they turn down their trucks' horsepower, engines have governess, not all trucks have apu's, and they have a very strict idling policy. Seriously, if it is 90 degrees out, they won't let us idle when we are waiting to get loaded or are sleeping at night?! Most other big carries let drives idle their trucks all night.

    Shift at 1600 rpm's in the moutains and ull almost keep up with the rest of the trucks. Dont expect much more than a 6.4 mpg doing this though. They just put sensors in the truck that allow it to idle below 42? and above 84? not exactly sure though. Honestly if its a safty issue where your not sleeping good enough at night then idle the truck.
