I really hate Loves

Somebody else told me turtle wax worked too. Is turtle wax flammable, like Rain-X ???

I used to love QT.

Until.

On the eastern outskirts of Tulsa, at exit 238, was one of my favorite stops. Could always count on a parking spot and it was a piece of route 66 americana. Loved the food in there and the people who served it.

Then QT bought it out, shut it down, and turned it into an arch-typical QT. That is, a glorified gas station with a little bit of parking. Went from being a nice old place that could park probably 125 trucks to a shiny and new ####hole that might park 30 trucks, with 2/3s of it forced blindside; no showers, no laundry, no anything but fuel specifically for us. In an area that was horrifically short parking as it was.

Now I only go into QT if there's no other option on the planet. Which is basically never.

 

I hate loves too. I’ve been hit there when in sleeper by crengland, all of their merch is overpriced, no laundry for the most part etc etc etc

 

I avoid the Loves in Perrysburg, OH like the plague. It always seems ridiculously busy at almost all times of day. Then once you fuel, you can count on the jackwagon ahead of you taking 30-45 minutes in the store. Since I'm local hourly I could get paid to wait that long but I'm just not that kind of guy. Plus my company lets us fuel wherever we want so I do not have to tolerate Loves long lines.
