Hope the GF is doing well.
I'll be the greybeard with a Harley T-shirt (one of many right lol)
I'll probably have a black Camaro ball cap on,short hair about 6' tall 250 lbs.
This me but I've lost about 25 lbs.

Thanks,2000 E-Glide Classic,165,000 miles so far.
Well I think I can close the book on this, got called into saftey yesterday when I was in Brooks.
Had a short meeting, signed a paper and went on my merry way.
I have to say the saftey guy was very fair and understanding that it was a newbie mistake and May Trucking has been good to me so far.
He said I'll probably hear about it again at my 6 month review but other than that we're done.
Sure took a load off,I'm on the road and taking extra caution.....put'n this behind me now.wulfman75 Thanks this. -
Cool !!!!
Glad for ya !!! -
That particular Pilot sucks! I was there Tuesday for fuel, line out to the road for the fuel pumps plus rigs coming in to park. Real tight and close.

y2k - The consensuses with most safety officers handling this type of situation is that those drivers who have come through it typically are better for it! Most who make a small mistake in the first stages of their career tend to be more attentive to their driving habits.
Think of the number of guys/gals who didn't have this "small" wake up call. That take what was a small bad habit and let it grow into a monster then have a catastrophic accident. (not to say that always happens) What this should teach you is to drive every day like it was that next trip out of the truck stop after your bender..
I drive every day with a solid regime I have developed through all the near mishaps and hardships the road has shared with me. I drive every day like it is a blizzard out. I at the end of my day think of what I could have done different and what I want to improve on for the next day. Bad habits are easy to develop realizing your doing it and not excusing is the key to my millions of miles of accident free operation. No one is born perfect or will ever be, it takes work every day to better yourself from the situations your placed in and learning from the situations (accidents/incidents) you see others involved in.. EVERYTHING IS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE, if your willing to just listen! -
And how brother.

Indeed it is but no excuse,I just f'd up.
