I see some major design flaws

    There was no way Jimmy Hoffa was going to let Teamsters be required to drive it .
    [​IMG]Several other references (including one from oldmertz in the last post) also mentioned the Strick cabunder, a pair of 1970s prototype from the Indiana-based trailer company. this one appears to be based less on maximizing the length of the load as it is on minimizing the truck itself to haul more weight within certain limits

    Agreed! Top heavy as hell! LOL I can see it now, take it to a Dockyard and some crane operator dropping a box too quikly onto that and smush! Hope your not in it.

    I have heard about these types of trucks for years but have never seen any. Thank you for putting pictures up here. Now I can say I see what they are talking about.
