i-shift problem ,help please

2014 D13 miles 484 000

 

2014 year miles 484 200 miles D13 warranty expires 10/31/2018 and one week later i have this problem. Waited 10 days to get appointment in Volvo and today they got it cheked out all codes inactive just that grinding sound from when shifting from 6 to 7

 

Are you swapping the transmission?
