On US trucks I-shift is more reliable becouse US air system pressure is lower (in EU it is 12BAR in wet tank, to get enought pressure for single axel air suspention), so no risk that when tranny pressure limiting valve fails tranny may be damaged with exessive air pressure (to hard shifting and rail may crack).

Anyway, other problems, like splitter wear, clutch problems are the same, so I'd say this tranny is reliable enought.

But I'm manual driver, becouse you can drive manual with damaged clutch, skiping faulty gears... more chance to limp home

Yep I should figure that in because my Eaton Autoshift failed me 2 weeks ago, I was on the side of the road for 7.5 hours all because a wire had shook loose. I was just a tad bit ill...

any auto is not so reliable as old good shiftstick))) Thta's why I have truck with manual tranny)
