I Shift Trans?

    Anyone on here running an I-Shift trans? I dont know anyone personally who is or has, so I need opinions. Would be great to hear from guys that have owned them.

    I rented a VNL 630 with a D13 and a IShift, while my truck was in the shop, and I'd own one it is volvo specific transmission so everything works great

    if it is an auto trans , I personally would stay away from buying one, but as a driver on wages i wouuld drive one. Auto trans tend to be a pain in the back side because they break down and the clutch does not last as long compared to a manual trans.

    Interesting observation. I personally did not like them but USX mechanic said they had significantly less issues with these than mannual. And I think they have the largest fleet of these on the road.

    One reason I though about them for a very brief period was that it is very hard for a driver to abuse one of these. The computer just won't let you,
