The incident happened in October. I paid the tickets already so there's no way to contest them now.
So I guess I'll look for something else to do. The job market is so healthy now, the Sunday paper had three whole pages of jobs. Of course, two of them were in health care and half the other one was for collectors and telemarketers.
As for the roads, they were barely passable in October. There's a very nice off-camber section that'd put you right off the side of the mountain (just add ice) heading up out of town, and you won't get out of 7th gear the rest of the way. Maybe I-99 will be complete by the time I'm ready to give it another shot. -
