I once pulled away from the dock, looked at myload of 2 liter bottles and just backed right back in. The racks were stacked vertically one on top of another, no bonding/offset, and no wrap around the pallet either, just sone cardboard spacers. Shipping clerk and I went round and round a bit until I finally got her to agree to come to the dock door and watch me slide my tandems. I told if the product stayed upright, I would take it. Otherwise she could rework or take the load completly off - her choice.

When I got to my truck the trailer was locked back in. Apparently when I bumped the dock several pallets fell apart.
