Don't do it. Their truck/ they buy the fuel, period. 1099 - you pay the taxs and no per diem anymore, so less money at tax time, and since you can't claim the fuel tax since it is not your business or truck, your loosing out. Hire out with a better company. Plenty of o/o might be interested if you prove to be reliabe.
