BTW, was parked all day yesterday at the PA turnpike due to pretty bad weather... at some point in the evening I got tired of staying in the truck and went outside, got a shovel and started shoveling around the truck and under it and removing snow off of the truck... that was a good way to stay active and oxygenate my brain.After that, had a nice vegetarian meal that I cooked in the truck.

My "diet" consists of: fruits, vegetables, grains, brown rice everyday, beans, roots, nuts, yogurt, whole milk, cheese, pasta, water. No refined sugar at all, no sodas, no coffee, no industrialized processed food, nothing that has ingredients that I can't understand, no artificial anything...
I will not die early!

I've been half heartedly trying for the last two months, not that I'm dying or anything at 185, 5'9", but its tough for me to stick to it. I run local, so when I get home in the AM, I tend to be really hungry and tired. So like a dummy, I eat and fall asleep. Not exactly a good plan. But I do eat healthy, just need to cut out the soda and ice cream on the weekend lol

Sorry cuzzin it.... I didn't mean to disrupt the conversation... was just saying that IMHO, I don't think performance in bed has necessarily much thing to do with weight... Maybe level of testosterone does.
