It was great at first, reconnected with old classmates, childhood friends, family and people I had been staioned with at various places then the politics, religious beliefs, social beliefs, started and people posting what they were eating or doing or where they were every second of every day and that was enough for me! Lost a lot of respect for friends and family and that wasn't what I got on there for. The day after I go off of FB I woke up and the sun still came up, and I was still breathing, I couldn't believe it!
^^^ so true, @Bear135 , and @TakinItEasy ... ~Wife still uses it to keep in touch with her family. Me? I quit after the "mySpace" days, LoL.
I use faceplant to keep in contact with my Navy buddies, what few friends I actually have, and family
I use Facebook, it's nice to connect with some old friends (even hooked up with an old girlfriend, we're both single). BUT....I don't live on it. I couldn't care less what anyone has for dinner, lol.
A driver shouldn't make anything less than 65k a year gross pay. Now I know there are companies that don't want to even pay 25k a year. As far as Fart Buck goes I here abt it everyday from different ppl I talk to. But I'm not into it. I have all my friends numbers to call them. Why would I message someone across the Internet. That's just stupid to me
To me, when I see "FB" i think Flat Bed. Always have, always will. Not that I do it often, but have and can. Still send KUDOS to y'all that do it for a living.
Amen on the I don't live on it comment!!!!! Mane some ppl act like FB is some world that exist outside of real life that they can go to. Some folks are on it all day. And others can't even have a civilized conversation with someone. Unless they bring up the drama on that dag on website. Oh and let's not bring up those other sites. There is no such thing as privacy anyymore!!!!! Ppl have there whole family picture album on the Web now!!!!
