I10 under water

Not to mention electrical...

 

The one that got rescued was by beltway 8 and john f kennedy.

 

I know they said he just drove that way, but I bet he didn't think about how deep it could get, or even know if he wasn't familiar with the road. They made the header story sound like it was a conscious act to do something like that.

 

I talked to my sister at winnie this morning, the water is already receded quite a bit, they no longer live on an Island.

Apparently only the east bound bridge at channelview was damaged, so they will probably reopen the west bound side of I-10 pretty quick.

 

That’s good news! Maybe the rice festival and crawfish boil are still on!!!

 

If the west bound side is not damaged, they will probably cut the center barriers and run an east bound lane thru on the west bound side.
