    I know they said he just drove that way, but I bet he didn't think about how deep it could get, or even know if he wasn't familiar with the road. They made the header story sound like it was a conscious act to do something like that.

    I talked to my sister at winnie this morning, the water is already receded quite a bit, they no longer live on an Island.

    Apparently only the east bound bridge at channelview was damaged, so they will probably reopen the west bound side of I-10 pretty quick.

    If the west bound side is not damaged, they will probably cut the center barriers and run an east bound lane thru on the west bound side.
