I40 westbound closure

    Dont know if it was posted yet but i40 west thru the gorge in nc/tn is closed do to a rock slide. The official detour is i26 north to i81 south. Adds about 53 miles. Possible reopen is 2/15. Saw on local news while eating diner in graham, nc today (1/31). Anyone with more info please feel free to chime in.

    The detour is an extra 50-55 miles. If it is only going to be closed for a couple weeks... that's not to bad. Better then that previous one that happened.
