IC’s are getting tablets.

Does it come with a mounting device for the truck? For Navigo purposes?

 

In theory, yes.

I haven't seen them yet as I still have the qc mounted.

 

That's interesting. I was under the impression the company drivers only, were getting tablets and that the company has not set up a system for the I/Cs. In fact, I had called in to the Road Dog radio show a week or so ago and had asked that very question, receiving the answer I'd just stated above. I've cited my source so that you may verify the accuracy of my post. Please correct me if I am wrong. There is nothing more frustrating than to get inaccurate information from folks who aren't sure of what they are talking about. I absolutely do not want to be one of them.

 

Well Ralf, we're getting them.

 

Bulk isn't getting them yet because the bulk version of wf isn't ready yet, but everyone else needs to have it by october.

Yep. Got that in my truck too.

Bulk has had wf on the qc for a couple years. There's additional programing needed to get wf working on the tablet, and bulk has a lot of special cases that each need to be tested to avoid what happened when we first rolled out wf.

It took two years of work before we got WF stable and working on the tablets.
