Put wd-40 on them and nothing should stick to it. I normally do it to my head lights and trailer lights

I drive a KW T700 and the last two nights the ice buildup on the antennas has been causing the antennas to swing eradically and hit the top of the truck as I go down the road. It's incredibly loud and it stresses me out. Any tips, please? The antennas on the T700 are mounted near the top of the cab so reaching the top of the antennas requires about 10 foot long instrument.
