Really? Where did i insist you were wrong? You keep saying I said this and that but have yet to show me where i said these things. The reason you have yet to show me where I said these things is because i didn't.

See my post above and you should take your own advice.

Only if you report it. Sometimes it is best to keep your mouth shut, keep rolling and enjoy the warm feeling.

My reading comprehension is just fine. You keep saying everything is an accident. Further that companies specifically CRE count everything as such. You have stated that everyone whom claims to be accident free is a liar.

I am curious how you rectify that belief with the fact they issue accident free safe driving awards at your very own beloved CRE.

Hmmmmm......About 20 years ago somone hit my truck in a truckstop parking lot, I was legally parked and in the bunk at the time.

About 30 years ago a drunk hit my truck while he was trying to get on the highway...(BAC .35)

I have never had an accident....Others have had accidents that happened to involve my truck but since I was never "at fault" in those situations I can claim to have never had an accident.

Can you not make the distinction between a "chargeable" accident and a "non chargeable" accident?

A non chargeable accident is one that the driver is found to have not contributed to in any way other than just being there.
A chargeable accident is one where the driver was found to be a contributing factor in the accident.

So for the sake of accuracy I have 4,000,000 miles without a "chargeable" accident which is the same as not having any accidents at all.

    Hanadarko Thanks this.

Everything IS a accident. The difference is whether the accident is non-preventable (one you won't be charged with) or preventable (one you will be charged with).

Quit bringing CRE into this. There are more companies out there.

How is that not even close? It's the EXACT same thing I said. Is it different and correct now because you said it?

    haha

Whatever you say. I'm wrong and you're right. You're gods gift to driving. You never will get into any type of accident.

Bust because it wasn't your fault doesn't mean it wasn't a accident.

Like I said, worse than a bunch of girl scouts.
