Thanks , yea maybe the next time I get to a terminal ill have them checked , however now I have a new problem . Lol
The other night I set it into opti idle , ok truck should have shut off well it didn't idled all night cause I fell asleep and my idle percent went up to like 50% hahahah. Oh boy here we go .. then the check engine light was on all day. So now I may have to get to a terminal alittle quicker then I planned ... hahahah I guess thata the perks of the job huh?
Oh and it is a wabasto heater it will not run without the key on for some unknown reason , not sure why .

With it idling for a long period, you knight have collected a fair amount of soot. Is it the solid amber light? If so you can run with that for a while, and you might just get the soot burned off during regular usage... That's what happened with us... Longer period idling and then our truck couldn't do a burn off...

Something strange is going on . My truck don't shut off anymore after a few minutes.
She will just sit here and chug away .
Anyone notice this , or am I the only lazy ### that don't turn the key off when I stop. Lol

Ours still shuts off... If I don't turn it off first... Klingon is the one that likes to idle :)

there are a number of companies that have a 0% idle policy

of course they don't allow idling, you're not paying the fuel bill, they can't afford to have thousands of trucks idling at a time, it will add up almost instantly

also its a threat, "do what we day or you're fired"

    Lady K Thanks this.

    Lmao.

Its back to not shutting off , wonder if it has to do with outside temp ?
    its like 83 .... hmmm

Oh , and until they tell me I idle to much , she is gonna idle away...
let me go to their house and shut their a/c off once or the heat off. See how they like it.
plus I got 9.4 mpg so far today. So they can suck it !!!

I think Jabber meant to say - 'say' rather than day.

D is next to S, and many don't bother to check what they are posting.
