Being a somewhat newbie to trucking was looking at idling laws which surprised me. In states such as NV,NH,DE, maybe some others you're not supposed to be idling your truck even in a truck stop or rest area, to maintain a/c or heat while in sleeper berth? Or could someone explain the exemptions alittle for me? Thanks
