    I noticed Dallas has one when I was parked there at the TA waiting to unload at the WMDC in DeSoto. From what I observed it was not enforced and the police cruised the lot a few times too.

    Great information. My company had talked to us about "unnecessary idling" in order to keep fuel costs down, but I did not know that there were laws in some jurisdictions regarding this.
