Oregon and Nebraska have free wifi in their rest areas as well. I don't know if there is a time limit since I usually don't stay long enough to find out.

i'm still new this whole laptop and wifi stuff but i recently just learned the service plaza's on the ohio toll roads also offer wifi. but it don't matter now, i just got a mifi2200 card from sprint and this thing is great.
