You are looking at the wrong agency for information, as several others have pointed out...
This is a list of some agencies that complaint reports are filed with:
http://www.usis.com/ (The new DAC services)
http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/ (FMCSA)
http://www.state.sc.us/schac/how_to_file.htm (Human Affairs Commission)
http://www.nlrb.gov/ (National Labor Relations Committee)
http://www.dol.gov/ (Labor Board)
An individual would have to file with their own State. I have listed the links for my State of South Carolina. -

Have a real good day. -
I know this having been a member of the BBB for several years when I had my business and I sat on the review board handling the complaints.
It's a complete sham. Shady companies know the best way around the BBB is to be a member.
You probably don't remember Z-Best Carpet company, but they are a perfect example. Thousands of complaints that never saw the light of day, and when the owner was arrested and CONVICTED of millions of dollars in fraud to the public, the BBB was still giving him the highest rating available.
The BBB is worthless as a source of GOOD information.
Most people now depend on Google to research a company.fawne Thanks this. -
It is to do with the reality that I have been reading alot of posts and actually see people telling other people to go to werner, swift aint so bad ect... ect... ect..

Fawne,
Not sure if its thier CDL training thats in question as much as what they do to you after you Graduate. i.e force you into a lease or starve you out, or both. In fact Ive heard some good things about thier training. And Ive heard some bad about thier road tests.
