If emissions trucks are bad why are 90% on the road emissions trks

    No they must have came up with 99 being last year of mechanicals ( 98 engines?) I would imagine. I wonder what would keep them from plugging one in eventually despite what year.

    My answer is yes. Although I’m running a log book. I am in compliance.

    The engines typically arent the problem they just create you into the shop but in my mind down is down doesn't matter why secondly I think manufacturers should have to train drivers on when and how to operate their emissions systems I get a few a week where I have to reset and regen because the ref wasn't allowed to thaw and the truck attempted passive regen

    Exactly. A few ways to be in compliance with the mandate and not have an eld in the truck. I just thought it was an odd question to have on a credit application.

    I agree, it's very odd. That's why I wouldn't be able to stop myself from checking the N/A box.
    I still think it's a way for them to verify your work history. If you check yes they might ask you to email them the last 90 days.
    If you apply I sure would like to know if they "use" the info for anything.
