If they are like the vids posted on here then STAR in his own mind might fit better.

Generally an attorney may not appear in Small Claims court, but I am in California and this is our own state law. I'm sure other states have enacted similar laws. A good argument to why the OP breached their contract, could be an employment-related complaint. They weren't paying him, they weren't paying him on time, he had to resign because his trainer was a babbling racist lunatic who regularly shat himself.

Quits a company that goes 55 mph to a company that goes 57 mph , perfect logic ...

    Please don't post false information.

Our trucks (Swift) are set at 62.
I can get mine to 62.5 if I time it just right with the cruise control.

Moose, you know that you always get the trolls that have not a clue about Swift. Just look at the number of posts that he has made.

As a company driver I can't just get new rubber.
The current drive tires still have at least half the tread left, so I'll have a new truck before they wear out.

And I say 62.5, but my GPS says 63.
With half tread depth, I figure 62.5 is the best I can get.

I won't on flat land unless there is no one for miles behind me. It would take too long and get too many people mad at me.
But if I am lighter than you I will try to do so on a hill if I have the room.
If I am heavier than you I will wait for a downgrade and hold at 65, maybe to get by you unless you let it just fly.

I don't worry about 1 mph either way. If I need to drop it by 1 and stay behind you it's OK.
Not if I don't have to, though.

And if you are trying to pass me with a delta V of .5, I will slow down by 3 to let you by.
Those few seconds of my 'precious' time won't kill me.

I am not in competition with other drivers.
We all live out here together.
Hopefully we can help each other out now and then.

jfred2, Steel Dragon, Ryan423 and 3 others Thank this.
