If leasing onto a company do you still need to start a LLC?

    How incorporating helped me is. When trying to get a loan at a bank before I was incorporated, they wouldnt touch me because I was self employed. all I did was incorporate and now they will give me a personell loan because I work for a corporation.. dumb huh..
    As far as for leasing to a company, the one we are leased to does not care either way if I am incorporated..
