If the ELD breaks?

    So you think everyone should own 2 complete trucks? Because taken to your conclusion that's what you said. Simple fact is it's impossible to so that for your one truck o/o, nor is there a reason to.
    I mean if you need 2 toony sensors, then what happens when the clutch goes? Wwhat about the turbo? What about the engine?

    :) If you drive a Cascadia YOU MUST HAVE SPARE CLUTCH SWITCH in the truck .That ####ty part can/will get bad any moment. That won't happen with clutch or turbo. just sample .

    I've been using Qualcomm elogs for 4 or 5 years and it has never not worked.
    i think most people that are scared of them will love them after a couple of months.

    Of that I completely agree. Are there issues? Sure. Is it the death of trucking? Heck no!
    There will be growing pains for the guys waiting until the last minute to get one. There will be truckers who flaunt HOS and it will hurt, sure. Those are the people the law is designed to hurt though, by making it easier to find them. For the most part though I do think way too many are making a mountain out of a molehill.
