what the reason for your answer?

its based on experience , watching , listening , learning and talking to their drivers and also reading all the horror stories you see here is enfuf to deter me.... You gotta ask yourself, " gee self , do ya think maybe there is good reason for all these tales of grief in these outfits, or do folks just write this stuff to amuze themselves" ??????????
WHEN YOU GET TO BE AN OLD GUY , YOU LEARN TO WATCH AND LISTEN AND LEARN ALOT MORE THAN YOU DID AS A YOUNG MAN..... YOU FIND IT SAVES YOU ALOT OF WALKIN AND ALOT OF UNNESSECARY PROBLEMS....
ITS A REAL SHAME I DIDN'T HAVE THIS WISDOM 30 YEARS AGO. -
But as a new driver u don't have much of a choice these days.. Out of all of these companies, I think knight would be best.. Alot, not all but alot of these people on here are crybabies and set their expectations to high as a new driver.. My expectations are realistic and I know every starter company has some type of bs going on.. Some just have more than others.. I don't go solely off of what everyone says because they whine and cry if the temperature is not what they want it to be.. Just saying.. Thanks for ur opinion tho

Very true most people these days complain too much.. Ive dug ditches for 20 bucks a day before done piecework at construction sites working 14 hours for slave labor waged made 5 dollars a couple of times for 3 days of work since the engineer decided to change plans so all work become invalid.
Everybody has to start somewhere deal with crap work then life becomes easier when you figure out how things really workRollin87 Thanks this. -
That shouldn't be a problem as long as whoever is watching pitches in a few bucks.Rollin87 Thanks this.

Best answer in the thread.

True.. I hate whiners.. Most all these "seasoned drivers" began with a starter company.. Now they have years of experience and are still with a starter company and are still crying lol.. It baffles me

Who do u work for now and which company did u start with? I've seen a lot of ur post which have mostly been negative or maybe because u were disgruntled because things didn't go ur way..
Luckey trucking to fed ex huh? It's funny that luckey trucking doesn't even hire newbies at .40cpm and the miles aren't there from what I hear
